I'm having a difficult time finding the right color and style of wig for my Mom's doll. All of the light brown wigs are actually what I would call a medium brown color. My mom had very light brown hair about the color of American_Mommy's little Mae's hair. She had no bangs and very thin hair about shoulder length or a little longer. If the bangs are sparse I can cut them off. If you know of such a wig please let me know. Thanks in advance.

Her hair was straight. Curled under at the ends like the today dolls would be okay. I'm not as worried about the length as I am in finding the right shade. All the wigs are light brown as in Molly's haircolor or blond. Nothing in between.

Straight or curly?
Don't forget in your search that longer wigs can be cut if you need a shorter length.
I just got a Monique "Marie" wig in carrot for my Anne of Green Gables project and I love it. It is bangless and wavy, but pretty long. The best part is the part. The whole top of the head is "skin" so you can part it anywhere or just pull it straight back.
